By accessing or using Textpire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Textpire provides browser-based text processing tools at no charge. All processing occurs locally in your web browser. Textpire does not receive, store, or process any text you enter into the tools.
You may use Textpire for any lawful personal, commercial, or educational purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in a manner that disrupts its availability for other users.
The Textpire name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of Textpire. Tool output generated from your own input text belongs entirely to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TEXTPIRE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
