We collect minimal information necessary to operate the website:

Usage Analytics (Anonymous) — If you have analytics cookies enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous data such as page views, country, browser type, and session duration. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is aggregated across all visitors.

No Text Data — The text you paste into any Textpire tool is processed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. Your text is never transmitted to our servers, never stored in any database, and never accessible by Textpire or any third party.

Contact Form — If you email us at contact@textpire.com, we receive and store your email address and message content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Anonymous analytics data is used to understand which tools are popular, identify technical issues, and improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics Cookies — Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track session data. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.

No Advertising Cookies — We do not currently run advertising that sets third-party tracking cookies. If we add an ad network in the future, this policy will be updated.

Functional Cookies — If you use the Admin panel, a session indicator is stored in localStorage. This never leaves your device.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — Anonymous traffic analysis (Google Privacy Policy) • Google Fonts — The Inter font is loaded from Google Fonts servers • Vercel / Hosting Provider — Our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings. Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years. No tool input data is retained because it is never collected.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect essentially no personal data, these rights are largely not applicable. For any privacy questions, contact us at contact@textpire.com.

Textpire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
